1. Hardware Engineer: 2  persons
Communication & Electronics or relevant majors (bachelor degree required)
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
Good command of Computer and English;
Solid mastery of anolog & digital circuits, digital logic, single-chip, built-in processor;
Understanding of optical communication, its current status and future development; Three relevant experience preferred; 
Experience of leader of developing group be an advantage.

2. Software Engineer: 2  persons
Computer or relevant majors (bachelor degree required); 
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
Good command of Computer and English;  
Solid mastery of software development, data base development and application; 
Basic knowledge of hardware and communication, C&C++; 
Familiarity with built-in software for system development and test, Vxworks, pSos, etc;
Three relevant experience preferred.  

3. Structural Design Engineer: 1 person
Structural design or relevant majors; 
Solid mastery of CAD, structural and surface processing;
